An 79.5 million rupees initial public offer by Arpico Insurance Limited, has been oversubscribed, managers to the issue said in a stock exchange filling.
The offer will be kept open till 4.30 pm on 11.12.2014.
The firm offered 6.63 million shares at 12 rupees a share,which listed on the 'Diri Savi' second board of the exchange.
The firm who is in the business of life insurance is a subsidy of Sri Lanka’s Richard Pieris Group.
